脑转移患者预后差，目前没有很好的治疗方案，而尼拉帕利组织分布好，透膜性能高，临床前研究显示其在脑组织中显示出良好的抑瘤效果，那么在实际临床中，尼拉帕利能否对合并脑转移的肿瘤患者有效呢？
